Meets All Needs For A Stay

Small, Vintage Apartment Close To Bus Route.

This is a quaint, outdated apartment with easy access to bus route to the slopes. Good for those looking to save money. Property is in need of updates and repairs.

Shabby In Need Of Repair

Queen bed frame broken, unable to sleep in the bed! Mattresses in unit very worn. Tub drain plug not working in bathroom. Bathroom exhaust fan VERY Noisy, cover grid is black with dust/dirt. Refrigerator door doesn’t close properly. Sleeper sofa very worn, cushions flat. Patching and painting would improve shabby appearance of unit 6.
