Breckenridge Vacation

Our stay at Mark IX#4 was great. The condo was clean and well kept. The view was amazing, and it was so quiet. Mike was great and very patient with us, thanks so much! We will definitely recommend Mark IX to all my friends and family when they visit Breckenridge!

Oldie But Goodie

Avery enjoyable stay. Location is out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Breckenridge, yet all the activities are accessible by bus or bike or enjoyable walk.

Below Average Property In A Beautiful Place

Very outdated place in a beautiful surrounding. We travel a lot and the price that we paid for 5 nights does not match the quality of this place. One can rent a really nice condominium in Spain,Portugal or Italy that is updated and not run down. Also not very clean, not terrible but not clean..

Great Location, Horrible Property

The property is not well maintained. There are no dressers or anywhere to store clothes. The night stands are literally falling apart. There was a condom found under the bed, and the unit was not cleaned well, lots of dirt in all the corners. There were not enough dishes for a meal. The electric outlets are so worn out nothing would stay plugged in. Would not stay here again.
