Pretty nice properties where everything worked. Bus stop around the corner. 15 min to town and 15 min from town. Firewood provided for the fireplace but it would not burn.

Good Value, Needs Updates
Convenient to shuttle. Good value for the price, the place needs a lot of update, but it's functional. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Breck Vacation
The good:
Great check in experience (the young woman at the office was informative and helpful) adequately stocked, great location, clean, generally a good value.
The bad: broken heat in bedroom (but thank you for the space heater), no can opener. Beds are not in very good condition nor comfortable.

Breckenridge Condo For Ski Trip
The condo is cleaned and has pretty much everything you would need. It’s very close to the bus stop which is incredibly convenient if you plan to go skiing. My complaints would be it needs some updating. For example there was a weird pink stain on the carpet, a drawer in the kitchen was loose and you could see exposed nails and I was very grateful I didn’t have a child with me, but my biggest gripe would be that the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and my boyfriend actually found himself sleeping on the couch instead because it was more comfortable than the bed. These are small things and easily fixed but I don’t understand why the management company doesn’t want to invest in the property and it’s upkeep.
