You and your lucky guests will easily access the slopes from the Snowflake Lift or gondola, along with ski-in access along the 4 O'Clock Run. Take a short walk from the property to Main Street for a night out in the charming mountain town. For fresh air and mountain views, the outside deck has unbeatable views of peaks 8, 9, and 10, making for a great après-ski at your condo. While the adults are chatting on the balcony, the kids can hang out in the upstairs living area in the loft, which features a three-person leather couch and another TV. When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center! Things to Know This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 - November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
