Things to Know This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 - November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
