The hot tub is next to the building for added convenience and there is nothing like a soothing bath after a terrific time at the slopes. This is a warm and comfortable ski lodge condo with the best location possible. Vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness. You and your group will be treated to an updated retreat, including new appliances, granite, tile, sinks, faucets, carpeting, custom drapes (including black-out in the bedrooms), and an 80-gallon hot water heater. It was also freshly painted and the furniture was updated as well (including new mattresses and a 50-inch TV) to make this a perfect vacation home. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace to read a favorite book or play any of the board games provided. When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center! Things to Know This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 - November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
