big blue trace

We recently stayed at Big Blue Trace with our extended family for a celebration of life service. We had 5 couples at the property and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location is great as it's far enough away from town that you can enjoy nature but it's short 10-15 minute drive from the restaurants and shops. The location was great since we were visiting several of the Summit County cities.

The house is nicely decorated and was very clean. It looks exactly like the pictures with the exception that the neighborhood is becoming quite developed so it's not quite as remote as it looks. Upon arrival we had an issue with one of the door locks and Breckenridge Resort Managers responded within minutes and promptly sent someone out to fix it. The management company is amazing to work with!

We enjoyed the outside deck where we sat to relax and enjoy the scenery. We even saw a black bear, moose and red fox! The hot tub was great too.

The only things we'd suggest is adding mattress covers on all of the mattresses since it's a rental and adding nicer pillows. The beds were also all foam which isn't a favorite of most of our family members but that didn't change our view of the property one bit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Big Blue Trace was perfect for my family of 10. Each family had a level with two bedrooms and my husband and I had the master bedroom on the main floor. My only suggestion would be more comfortable furniture on the deck.

Pretty home with great views in a nice quiet area. Saw some wildlife from the porch and driving in and out of the area. (Moose, Bear, Fox). Spacious rooms throughout the house and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Walking trailhead across the street. Park with playground and pretty creek within less than 5 minute drive for the kids. Great respite from hot summer back home!

I Loved this property! It shows as listed I the description and then some. It’s perfectly located, surrounded be the most gorgeous scenic views. Widely able to accommodate 4 couples, each in individual lodging areas. The property is conveniently close to Main Street, shops and Restaurants. We highly enjoyed the Breckenridge Distillery. The Property managers were great and very accommodating. I would love stay here again.

Wonderful place with a beautiful view! Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Rental company made check in and check out easy and did a great job of communicating with us when needed.

We had a great experience! We had six adults and three grandkids in the house was a perfect size for us. All was very neat and clean and lovely.
