Loved Sundowner Ii
The unit was even better than we expected. We were 2 couples and everyone enjoyed the stay. The unit was bigger and nicer than the pictures. Had all the amenities we needed and it was quiet at night. Super easy access to multiple lifts, the bus, easy walk to town. The only thing I'd say could improve was the beds were a bit too soft, but all 4 of us prefer a stiffer mattress so that could just be personal preference. Before and during our stay, the staff reached out with contact info in case we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Great lichen set up. Hope to come back.
Perfect Location!!
The condo is in a great location. Easy and quick walk to town, the gondolas and hiking trails. The condo was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfy and extra sheets and blankets were available for my son who preferred to sleep on the couch, where he enjoyed the fresh mountain air thru the screened in balcony. Another plus was the garage parking. Very convenient. Lastly, Loretta was awesome to work with. Will definitely rent here again!!
Delightful Condo
The condo was great! Large space for many folks to gather and have a great dinner. The bedrooms were large and accomodating. We had an unfortunate incident where we had to extend our stay for a couple of days and the owners were extremely flexible and communicative.
Nice Summer Weekend In Breck
This condo is centrally located and a short walk from Main Street, the hub for shopping, restaurants and equipment rentals. The walk back is uphill. Access to the condo from covered parking is by elevator. The unit itself is well appointed, with two bedrooms upstairs (each having it's own full bath) and a half bath downstairs. Washer and drier are in the half bath. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are open concept with a rustic feel. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to prepare meals. The condo was very clean, and everything worked well, although we didn't try the fireplace. The beds were comfortable. The area was quiet mornings and evenings. There is a small patio with a view only of other buildings, and the upstairs windows are high on the wall and offer limited mountaintop views. Overall, a good location and comfortable option for your stay.
