Our Annual Ski Trip
We have known the owners of this Villa forever and we used to stay here every year before Breckenridge Resort Managers started managing it. We love the location. We had a great time except that we did not use the Jacuzzi as we would like to (daily after skiing to help our body recovery) it was not clean!
Nice Cozy Bottom Level
Unit was equipped with everything we needed. The fireplace was a nice bonus after spending all day in the cold for this florida girl. Unit was easy to access and being on the bottom level make not slipping on ice better. While sitting outside we did have a Fox come up to us but was friendly

Wonderful And Comfy Condo Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay in unit 701 at Swan’s Nest! Everything you need to enjoy Breckenridge and nothing you don’t. The accommodations were great and the condo was clean and well maintained. The property management team was amazing, kudos to Travis particularly! We know where to stay from now on any time we’re in Colorado, the unit is conveniently located and close enough to the slopes for ski time and apres-ski fun. Parking was plentiful and the ground floor unit was a must. We cooked in the ample kitchen almost every meal and everything was at hand that we needed. A great way to enjoy much needed family time, many thanks to the owners of unit 701!
Fall Escape.
We loved this condo. It was appointed very well and we felt very at home. It is in a quiet area of Breckenridge and we enjoyed sitting on the patios
