The condo was Nice. Though it could have been a little bigger as the room was a little tight. There was a large door going to the patio from the bedroom. The door was completely glass and had no covering so anyone could see into the bedroom. The TV was very difficult to operate to get to local stations or the three major networks. We contacted the office twice on this issue during our weekday and no one ever got back to us, that was very disappointing. We did have an issue with one of the doors and a window that we could not close. We contacted the office and those issues were were corrected quickly than that we were satisfied with the condo.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This place has a great location both for summer and winter activities. However, it is in bad need of improvements to the interior. The carpet is shaggy, stained and smells, the furniture was functional, but worn, the hot tub didn’t work all summer. The property itself was not cleaned properly upon check-in. Granted the property management company did come immediately to address what issues it could. If all of these things don’t matter to you, you should at least use them to negotiate a lower price.
