Great Location

This was the perfect spot to stay in Breckenridge. It is centrally located to the shops & restaurants. It was charming, clean and very well stocked.

Accessing the unit was confusing and directions were lacking. The unit is quant and small but super convenient to Main St activities. Probably time for some updating as the bear decor resembles camp fire days of decades past.

Old Property

This property is really old and dated, kitchen from the 60's. Super drafty room heat barely works, had to cover door and window with blankets. Property management was super stricked, my flights were canceled because of a storm, they could care less lost 2 days of my trip I still had to pay for.

No Ventilation Caused Sickness

Without air conditioning or proper ventilation (which we were unaware of), we had to leave the back door (and at times the front door) open to cool the room. I ended up getting sick with a bad sore throat due to the above and dust in the room. In addition, drawers in the kitchen almost fell on my foot since the sliders did not function properly. We thought that the location would yield a high quality room, but I would not stay there again. It is two days after staying there and I still have a bad cough and sore throat.
